Brian Donahoe tries his hand at milking a myndy (female reindeer) (Summer 2000). The Tozhu are among the few reindeer herding peoples who milk their deer. Each myndy will only provide 200-300 grams of milk per day, but the milk is high in fat content (20-25 per cent), nutritious, and delicious (especially in coffee).
