Abstract
The Nation-State: A Wrong Model for the Horn of Africa analyses recent political developments in the Horn of Africa in the light of actual identifications and alliances. The nation state which is the normative framework for politics is shown often not to be the relevant unit of identification and beneficiary of political decisions.
